Scope
Sky Harbour’s Corporate Hangars are aa series of eight 14,300-sf hangars under construction at Phoenix Deer Valley Airport. The facility will also include 8 hangar bays, a 2,300-sf Ground Service and Equipment (GSE) building and on-site surface parking. Additionally, amenities will include lounge, gallery kitchen, laundry facility and restrooms.

We're excited to share a video showcasing the impressive move of an 11-ton bean into our latest project at Sky Harbour: a state-of-the-art home-basing solution for personal jets. Our new 117,000-square-foot hangar features luxurious offices, including a lounge, galley kitchen, and restrooms. Exclusively designed for our tenants, this campus will feature a dedicated line crew to ensure the quickest turnaround times for business aviation.
