Parking Garage Lighting and Facility Improvements – Terminal 3

Scope: The project includes engineering, designing and installation
of a new LED lighting system for the Terminal 3 Parking Garage which
will substantially improve the levels of illumination while taking safety
and energy conservation into primary consideration. Reconstruction of
the upper levels to improve waterproofing and water displacement throughout
the Terminal 3 Parking Garage along with pressure washing and restriping
will be completed in conjunction with the lighting improvements.

Status: Construction began Mid-November 2012 with conduit backbone
installation that will energize each level and allow the contractor to progress
on multiple levels at once along with waterproofing activities to improve water displacement throughout the garage.  The contractors began installing conduit
and light fixtures on Levels 5 and 6 and will continue to work their way down
the garage through December 2013.
